Network Engagement Manager

TimelyCare is seeking a Network Engagement Manager to join the Clinical Excellence team. Reporting to the VP of Clinical Excellence, this role is pivotal in strengthening our provider and coach network through strategic engagement, clinical coaching, and scalable program design.

This individual will be a licensed mental health clinician with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for improving healthcare delivery and operational efficiency. They will leverage AI tools and platforms to streamline workflows, enhance provider performance insights, and deliver reproducible, data-informed coaching programs that elevate the provider experience.

This role leads the team responsible for executing TimelyCare’s provider and coach communication strategy, partners cross-functionally to drive engagement and alignment, delivers targeted coaching to providers and coaches as needed, and ensures consistent operational support to the Provider Engagement team. The Manager directly supervises two Provider Engagement Leads and is actively involved in their daily coaching, direction, growth, and development. Additionally, the role dedicates approximately 10% of its time to delivering direct clinical care within the Scheduled Counseling service line, maintaining a strong connection to the care experience.

    What You'll Do
  • Leadership & Coaching
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Provider Engagement Leads, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement a scalable, reproducible provider coaching program that integrates AI-assisted insights and workflows.
  • Promote engagement by building strong, trusting relationships with providers and ensuring their experience with TimelyCare remains fulfilling, supported, and high-performing.
  • AI-Driven Operational Excellence
  • Utilize AI technologies to identify provider trends, automate routine engagement tasks, and optimize internal workflows.
  • Incorporate AI-generated insights into coaching strategies, performance reviews, and feedback sessions to drive consistent improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to explore and implement new AI tools that improve provider onboarding, support, and performance tracking.
  • Clinical & Programmatic Impact
  • Conduct post-onboarding chart audits to assess clinical performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage and continuously evolve the Provider Engagement & Coaching (PE&C) system and associated initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to improve network quality and operational efficiency in alignment with Clinical Excellence goals.
  • Provide direct clinical care (~10%) to remain connected to the care delivery experience.
  • Network & Communication
  • Prepare and analyze provider and coach performance data to inform strategic decisions and leadership updates.
  • Create and maintain high-impact, provider-facing resources and communications.
  • Support provider availability optimization and retention efforts by identifying opportunities for licensure expansion and workflow improvements.
  • Partner with Care Operations, Quality, and People & Culture to support performance reviews and process development.

    What You Bring
  • Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or healthcare-related field
  • Licensed Mental Health Provider with full, active licensure in one or more states
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations
  • 2+ years in a leadership or management role, preferably in provider engagement or performance coaching.
  • Experience with process improvement programs
  • Demonstrated experience in using AI/automation tools to improve clinical or operational outcomes.
  • Preferred
  • Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management or healthcare-related field
  • 3+ years of provider engagement experience
  • Familiarity with tools such as Looker, Google Suite, Excel, and digital communication platforms.
