Role Description

    This role involves leading and directing project teams in the commissioning of small to large-scale mission critical projects.
  • Develop and ensure adherence to commissioning processes and best practices unique to the data center & mission critical environment.
  • Guide and direct the team to maintain accurate and updated documentation processes throughout the commissioning process, including project proposals, budgets, plans, progress reports, change orders, and final commissioning reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices related to commissioning and project management.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project delivery and streamline commissioning processes.
  • Develop project proposals based on submitted documents and RFPs.
  • Plan and execute commissioning processes for building systems.
  • Develop and review commissioning plans, test procedures, and reports.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and performance testing.
  • Identify and document deficiencies and oversee corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.
    Qualifications
  • 10 or more years experience in building systems commissioning.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and control systems.
  • Familiarity with energy efficiency and sustainability practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CxA, PE, LEED AP).
  • Experience with energy modeling and building automation systems.
