Web Project / Account Manager
Our pharmaceutical client is seeking a proactive, digitally savvy Web Project / Account Manager with web/digital roots to join our client's enterprise websites team on a part-time contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, is tech-savvy and can confidently manage projects and stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
Duration: Through December 2025
Hours: 20 hours per week
Responsibilities
- You'll serve as the critical link between brand partners and technical development teams. You'll help drive digital initiatives forward by managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring flawless execution across web platforms.
- Coordinating with brand teams to align on priorities and timelines
- Reviewing content and identifying digital components needed
- Collaborating with UX to ensure designs meet brand and functional goals
- Partnering with developers to track progress and resolve blockers
- Managing review cycles and ensuring compliance with governance processes
- Keeping projects on track and stakeholders informed
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint
- Proficient in project management tools including Workfront and Wrike
- Must-Haves
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience with Figma, SharePoint and web development environments for content review
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and multiple stakeholders
- Digital-first mindset; confident navigating websites, platforms, and agile workflows
- Reliable, responsive, and solution-oriented
- Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in pharma or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar web platforms
- Understanding of cross-functional marketing teams (brand, UX, dev, med/legal)
- Background in agency or client service environments
