I run MotivationalGraphicTees.com, a Shopify store offering inspirational and athletic-themed motivational graphic tees for people dedicated to personal growth and empowerment. Our audience includes fitness enthusiasts, mindset-driven individuals, and the broader lifestyle niche committed to self-improvement.
I'm looking for a seasoned Shopify Paid Advertising Expert to manage ALL relevant ad platforms:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) – carousel, video, retargeting, lookalikes
Google Ads – Search, Shopping, Display
TikTok Ads – video awareness and conversion campaigns
Pinterest Ads – promoted pins for lifestyle and fitness visuals
YouTube Ads – engaging pre-roll or discovery ads
Snapchat Ads, Reddit Ads, and any emerging channels that fit our fitness/mindset audience
Your Responsibilities:
Create audience-specific campaigns (e.g. gym-goers, self-help book readers, personal development seekers)
Handle full-funnel setup: prospecting, retargeting, and conversion optimization
Design copy, visuals, and testing strategies aligned with our motivational tone
Set up and manage tracking: Shopify Pixel, Google Analytics, conversion events
Monitor/optimize campaigns for traffic, conversion rates, ROAS
Provide transparent reporting and insights (weekly/monthly)
Requirements:
Proven experience with Shopify merchants in apparel or lifestyle markets
Deep expertise across multi-channel ad platforms
Strong analytical approach: A/B tests, budgets, bid strategies
Ad creative knowledge: videos, lifestyle carousel, stories, etc.
Excellent communication and project management skills
Deliverables (first 60 days):
Audit of current ad efforts (if any)
Full 90-day multi-channel ad strategy with budgets
Set up and launch initial campaigns in at least 3 platforms
KPI dashboards (traffic, CPC, ROAS, etc.)
What to Submit:
Case studies or links to Shopify stores you've driven ad traffic to
Brief outline of your initial 30‑day action plan
Your rate (hourly or project-based)
This is initially a 3-month project, with the opportunity for long-term engagement based on performance.
