Website Conversion Specialist Needed – Audit, Strategy, and Optimization for Service-Based Business
We’re looking for someone who can help us figure out why our website isn’t converting — and how to fix it.
Our company creates high-converting video content for service-based businesses. We’ve got a solid site, but it’s not turning enough visitors into booked calls.
We need someone who really understands conversion optimization — not just design. You’ll help us spot what’s missing, improve flow and messaging, and make the site work harder for us.
What we need help with:
Quick audit of our current site and pages
Identify what’s hurting conversions (layout, copy, CTAs, etc.)
Advise us on fixes and what to test next
Help us improve user experience to drive more calls/bookings
Ideal experience:
CRO for agencies or service businesses
Knows how to turn traffic into leads (and booked calls)
Can back things up with past results or clear reasoning
Bonus if you’ve worked with storytelling brands or websites that lean on video.
