Cloud-Based Visitor Check-In Software Development
We’re looking to develop a simpler, lightweight program (similar to ICloud) to manage contractor and visitor check-ins, and we’re considering hiring a developer for this project.
Initial Request:
Before we move forward, have you worked on similar systems in the past? If so, we’d appreciate any recommendations you have for lightweight, secure sign-in methods, ideally something that doesn’t require a full kiosk setup.
Project Scope:
We’re hoping to build a lightweight, cloud-based visitor sign-in system with the following features:
- Remote sign-in for approved contractors (via QR code, key fob, or mobile app)
- Admin dashboard to view and manage active visitors
- Secure access control and data handling
Deliverables:
- Full ownership of code and IP
- Installation and deployment guide
- Admin access to all services and databases
- All credentials, passwords, and login info
