Title: Sales Manager, OEM Accounts

Hours: 8-5 pm

Location: Remote: Preferred: California, Texas, Nevada

Salary: $130k

    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Electrical Engineering or related discipline) preferred
  • Proven sales management experience in the Electronics or Industrial sector
  • Deep understanding of and prior experience with HVAC/R, Industrial OEMs, Pool & Spa, or Food & Beverage Equipment OEMs
  • Familiarity with the assigned geographic territory and established customer relationships is a strong plus
  • Experience working with Manufacturer Representative Firms
  • Background in electrical, industrial, or sensing components preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding quotas and meeting key performance objectives
    Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Account Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed forecasted targets for select OEM accounts.
  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with OEM customers at the design and product concept level to support the integration of products.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key personnel across customer organizations.
  • New Business Development: Identify new application opportunities and initiate product development with customers.
  • Manufacturer Rep Oversight: Directly manage, motivate, and support a network of manufacturer representative firms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Planning, and Application Support to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Training & Enablement: Train internal teams and sales reps ontechnologies and their applications.
  • Market Awareness: Monitor market trends and communicate insights internally to shape strategic direction.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain updated NBO pipeline reports, coordinate product qualifications, and ensure timely responses to customer needs and issues.
