Responsibilities

The Manager - Clinical Administrative – Specialty Programs is responsible for assisting in business efforts, organizational improvement initiatives, and assuring Specialty Programs is adequately supported for growth and business adjustments. This role is highly collaborative and requires an entrepreneurial mindset with an understanding of how internal processes can be optimized to better all of HarmonyCares’ CHA operations. This position leads clinical operations projects, strategic planning, capacity management, analytics, and ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations for our providers.

    Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Oversee payroll entries for CHA providers and stipends to all W2 and 1099 Specialty Program employees
  • Manage all regulatory documents for the provider staff including but not limited to BLS, Licensure, Collaboration Agreements, etc.
  • Responsible for driving HarmonyCares culture through values and customer service standards
  • Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships through effective and timely communication
  • Maintain accurate provider rosters and perform analysis on availability in relation to business need
  • Analyze trends and take appropriate action to realign staff and revise policies
  • Prepare and distribute key performance metrics to internal leadership and staff
  • Oversee the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation and training

Qualifications

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Associates degree
  • 5+ years of work experience in healthcare operations, planning, reporting & analytics, process improvement projects or workforce management
  • 2+ years of work experience managing a team
    Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
