Description
Spalding University is seeking a Full-Time Strength and Conditioning Coach.

- Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following:
- Designing, demonstrating, and executing year-round lifting programs for 18 NCAA DIII teams.
- Manage team lift times and scheduling.
- Maintain the positive weight room atmosphere.
- Ensure that the weight room equipment is maintained/clean at all times.
- Achieve a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all applicable rules and policies that govern athletics at Spalding University. This includes NCAA Division III guidelines, as well as those of the Saint Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and Spalding University.
- Represent Spalding University and our Athletic Department in an exemplary fashion.
- All other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Preferred Qualification: Master's Degree in related field, 3 years of experience at the collegiate level as a strength & conditioning coach
- Required Certifications: Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA), First Aid & CPR/AED Certified
