With distinct digital experiences for the HR team (HRX) and their employees (PX) and a vision of building the next generation AI Enabled Cloud HR solution, our Technology Department is strengthening our tech. teams in India across various Product, Engineering and Operation groups. We run on complex backend systems with hundreds of external touchpoints/data exchanges, build/train various AI/ML recommendation & personalization models, a cluster of highly scalable, tolerant, secure cloud-native microservices and provide an intuitive omni-channel (PWA, Android and IOS) user experience to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs, and formulate and complete end-to-end reviews that include: data gathering, review, scaled deliverables, recommendations, and presentations to stakeholders.

  • Contribute to a wide variety of technical projects using statistical analysis, machine learning, and other forms of analytical modeling.

  • Forecasting, Classification, Regression, Statistical Analysis.

  • Good understanding of the expertise in data science.

  • Monitoring system uptime and errors to drive us toward a high-performing and reliable product.

  • Take ownership and understand the need for code quality, elegance, and robust infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Data Science.

  • Demonstrated experience with applied data-science work, particularly to create value for customers or to create new organizational efficiencies.

  • Prior experience being part of cross-functional teams solving hard problems.

  • Work experience with quantitative research methods (Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields).

  • Experience in statistics and Machine Learning Models, working with statistical/DS tools.

  • Track record of success in creating material outcomes in prior roles.

  • Distinctive reasoning skills and experience working with business stakeholders.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to work on your own.
