Responsibilities


  • Leadership: Lead and mentor the client servicing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Client Strategy: Develop and implement client service strategies to enhance client satisfaction and achieve business objectives.

  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Project Oversight: Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the client servicing team, providing feedback and development opportunities.

  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growthReporting: Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction, team performance, and business outcomes to senior management.

  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client issues or escalations promptly and effectively.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and to identify opportunities for process improvement.

  • Budget Management: Manage the budget for the client servicing department, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Requirement


  • Experience: Extensive experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role, with a proven track record of leadership. Preferably 4-6 years of experience required.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.

  • Organisation: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proactivity: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive results.

  • Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Attitude: Client-focused, results-driven, and a team player.
