Engineering Leadership | Product Delivery | Organizational Vision | Culture Champion

We are in search of a seasoned, results-oriented VP of Engineering possessing 15+ years of experience leading global engineering teams. The chosen candidate will be a visionary and strategic leader who inspires high-performing teams and drives innovation. Your passion for continuous learning and customer-centric product delivery will shape the future of our engineering culture and technology roadmap.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide engineering expertise and thought leadership in software development and testing to ensure we are building the best products, platforms, and experiences.

  • Establish key goals and performance metrics (KPOs) for the product area and are directly accountable for implementation, tracking, and reporting on them. You are data-driven and metrics-oriented!

  • Work collaboratively across GenAI, Product Management, Program management and Product Support teams to prioritize technical efforts, product features, and capabilities.

  • Establish a vision for our software development organization, using modern Dev/Sec Ops and CI/CD processes, and tools, and identify areas of need and initiatives to improve the team's efficiency.

  • Your success will be directly related to your ability to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

  • You will ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)

  • You will assist customers with immediate issues and integrate their feedback into the product roadmap.

  • Collaborate with organizational leaders to ensure maximum alignment in delivering and supporting the right product at the right time.

  • Maintain and share expertise on customers' evolving needs, industry trends, and changes across our community.

  • Communicate, communicate, communicate! You are not afraid to share updates with your peers and leadership, and you know how to communicate at various levels of the organization. You can sit next to one of your engineers to help them solve an immediate problem and can update the company's CEO on your organization's progress.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of leadership experience managing global technology teams with a core focus on agile software development, supporting critical Enterprise Technology. Bonus if you have Data Protection and or Data Security experience.

  • Experience running agile software development organizations comprised of multiple scrum teams is necessary.

  • Experience running international engineering teams in India, EMEA, and the USA.

  • Expertise in data management and cloud technology is preferred

  • Experience in cyber and data privacy using GenAI is a plus

  • Exceptional critical thinking and agile delivery skills, with a penchant for enhancing team and product effectiveness through mentorship, coaching, and continuous improvement.

  • Proven record of accomplishment, inspiring the creativity and innovation of your teams, creating a culture of inclusion, experimentation, exploration, and continuous learning.

  • Influencing negotiation skills and a collaboration mindset are required to establish effective relationships across business units with peers and leadership to drive alignment on product roadmaps, technology direction, and partnerships.

  • Our technology stack is varied and constantly evolving. A great start would involve being adept at the art and science of building products to enable our developers to adopt new technology rapidly and learn new skills efficiently.
