We are looking for a Live Chat Support Specialist to join our team and help us in our mission to flourish.

    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Support Specialist to assist our clients with their needs and inquiries. Whether it's on site or off site, the Live Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and will be a person with strong communication and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients through live chat and provide prompt and effective customer service
  • Receive and respond to all clients' inquiries and technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to our products and services
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services in order to accurately and efficiently assist clients
  • Collect and report any feedback or suggestions from clients for product and service improvement
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support
    Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or technical support
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field preferred
  • Highly proficient in written and verbal communication, with exceptional listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of client interactions
  • Knowledge of agricultural industry and products is a plus
  • Experience with live chat software and CRM systems is preferred
