We’re currently seeking a Remote Client Scheduler to support our growing client base by coordinating appointments, ensuring accurate communication, and providing exceptional customer service in a fully virtual environment.

Position Summary

As a Client Scheduler, you will act as a key point of contact between clients, researchers, and study participants. You will manage scheduling logistics, respond to inquiries, and provide timely, professional support that reflects SIS’s standard of excellence. This is a remote opportunity perfect for someone organized, empathetic, and customer-focused.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm interviews, focus groups, and consultation calls using internal tools and calendars
  • Respond to participant and client inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure that all appointments are accurately logged, confirmed, and communicated
  • Provide reminders and follow-up messages to minimize missed appointments
  • Assist with intake, rescheduling, or documentation support as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions within our CRM system
  • Coordinate across multiple time zones and calendars to ensure accuracy
  • Escalate scheduling conflicts or urgent concerns to the project management team
    Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college or customer support training preferred
  • Minimum 3 year experience in administrative, scheduling, or customer service role (remote or in-office)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling software
  • Ability to work independently and reliably in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with market research environments or client-facing industries is a plus
  • Must have a dedicated workspace, high-speed internet, and strong organizational skills
