Connect the Dots Occupational therapy is a pediatric clinic based in NYC. We are looking for an intern who is able to work remotely, approximately 15 hours a week.
Evaluation Coordinator Intern
This position would involve coordinating evaluation appointment between school districts , parents and our staff of OTs. It involves calling, texting and emailing during NYC business hours. Additional responsibilities include processing the evaluation and submitting billing through NYCDOE specific websites. This is a great opportunity to build on communication skills and learn the administrative aspect of Occupational Therapy.
For this position, we are looking for someone able to provide 15 hours a week, during typical business hours. All training and work would be done remotely. If there is additional hours remaining, we are looking for an intern to also assist with marketing:
Their main focus would be on creating and managing marketing projects. Marketing projects would consist of platforms such as: Facebook, Instagram, Amazon Marketplace.
This position is perfect for anyone interested in leaning into the marketing side within a small medical business as well as for individuals who have a desire to help build and grow a small, but well-developed practice.

Connect the Dots Occupational Therapy is a DOE contracted, pediatric sensory integration clinic that was first established in New York in 2005 and expanded to Hudson County, NJ in 2017.
