ACLS (AHA)
BLS (AHA)
Must-Have:
Cardiac drip experience
Dementia experience/management required
NIHSS strongly preferred
Epic experience
Description:
Candidates must have an 8/4 start for this position.
No other start dates will be considered.
Little or no requests for time off will be approved for this need.
Permanent staff have prioritized requests for time off, and there are few available summer days for travelers.
This position will require floating to other departments as needed.
The role involves coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching, and providing leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing and other team personnel.
The patient population includes adult and geriatric patients.
Professional scrubs without logos are required.
Remote transport is not available, and candidates must have their own vehicle.
All medical and occupational health compliance items must be fulfilled within 5 days of offer acceptance, with proof uploaded accordingly.
Travelers are required to work two of the following holidays:
Thanksgiving and the following Friday/weekend
Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and the following Friday/weekend
New Year's Eve/New Year's Day and the following Friday/weekend
Requests for extensions that end in November or before the holiday season in December will not be considered for an extension at the beginning of the next year.
