Ad Copy + Strategy Expert Needed for Small Biz Ops Company (Meta/Google Focus) - Contract to Hire
Hi there! We’re Catalysts & Co., a boutique business operations agency that helps small businesses streamline their internal systems and processes. Think automation, workflows, and backend efficiency—with a dash of personality.
We’re looking for an ad strategist/copywriting partner to help us with:
Ad copy brainstorming (we’ll write the final version—we just need the juice!)
Guidance on what’s working right now with Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads
Suggestions for creative angles, hooks, and offer positioning
✅ Occasional feedback on landing pages and forms (we build them ourselves)
We do NOT need:
❌ Someone to build our landing pages
❌ A full-service agency
❌ Someone to “run” the ads (we may grow into that later, but not now)
Ideal Fit:
You're up-to-date on current trends in Meta and Google ads
You’ve written or reviewed ads for online services, digital products, or B2B offers
You love helping people turn “meh” into magnetic
You’re collaborative—we’ll do the building, we just need your brainpower and insights
Project Scope:
One-time strategy & copy consult to kick off
Then likely 2–4 hours/month for campaign brainstorming, new offers, and ad ideas
