The Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accuracy while maintaining multiple inventory control and update spreadsheets, auditing information and reporting as needed.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Receive daily forms from technicians from various warehouses and update the master material transfer spreadsheet accurately and timely.
  • Maintain accuracy of the Master Material Transfer Spreadsheet, the Master Return Spreadsheet, the Master Packing Slip Spreadsheet, and the Master Technician counts spreadsheets.
  • Maintain constant communication with various warehouses and update the Warehouse Data Specialist daily.
  • Save and re-name Technician forms.
  • Receive weekly Return Spreadsheets from various Warehouses.
  • Receive both e-mailed and physical packing slips and ensure accurate updates on the Master Packing Slip Spreadsheet.
  • Match e-mailed packing slips with physical packing slips
  • Receive weekly paperwork from various warehouses for equipment and update the Master Technician Counts.
  • Work closely with the Warehouse Data Specialist.
  • Other duties as required or assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years’ experience in data entry or Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, work under stress and be able to multitask
  • Computer literacy required with proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Requires in office and hybrid work location - high speed internet service (when working remotely) with a minimum speed 25 MB/s, preferred upload speed 50 MB/.
  • Accounting experience or background with knowledge of auditing
  • Strong communication skills – Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
