- Location: Stockton, CA
- Position Type: Contracted (Full 2025-2026 School Year)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Full-Time (School Hours)
- Pay Rate: $18 - $23 per hour (Based on experience)
- Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students under the supervision of certified teachers and school staff
- Assist with classroom management, academic support, and behavioral redirection
- Adapt materials and support instructional activities for students with varying needs
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support student progress
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a paraprofessional or instructional aide in a school setting
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s Degree or higher preferred)
- Ability to pass a background check and TB test
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with students with special needs is a plus
