We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Live Chat Representative to join our remote support team.     Responsibilities:
  • Provide Real-Time Customer Support:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat platforms.
  • Resolve Customer Issues:
  • Troubleshoot product or service problems and provide effective solutions. Escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Deliver Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies to assist customers accurately.
  • Maintain High-Quality Communication:
  • Communicate clearly and courteously, maintaining a consistent and professional tone.
  • Manage Multiple Chats:
  • Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Document Interactions:
  • Accurately log customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions into the CRM or support system.
  • Work Collaboratively:
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery.
  • Support Operational Goals:
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction goals and assist in improving overall chat support metrics.
    Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer service or live chat support (remote experience preferred)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable using live chat software, CRM tools, and remote communication platforms
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment
    Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with help desk or customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk)
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy
  • Experience working in e-commerce, SaaS, or tech support
    Work Environment:
  • Fully remote, flexible working hours may be required
  • Must be able to maintain focus and productivity in a home office setting
