Job title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Company: Key Autism Services Job description : Updated Competitive Salary FT Salary Range: Base $80,000-$85,000 (PLUS significant quarterly bonus potential. Combined potential: $100,000+) Part Time Range: $65-$70 hourly (we also pay for one hour of case planning per week, per case at the billable rate) We have home based BCBA opportunities in all of our regions. With this position, you'll be working in-home with families, implementing ABA programs, training BTs on implementation of said programs, and establishing parent training opportunities in order to promote generalization of programming, maintenance, and carryover of acquisition skills. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Responsibilities: Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans Supervise and train ABA/ Behavioral Technicians Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress Requirements: Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state) Master's Degree in ABA Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle Previous ABA Experience Must be comfortable working with families and providing in-home services Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record Must have your own transportation and auto insurance in order to travel between clients About us: Currently, Key Autism Services provides services to children and adults diagnosed with autism throughout the states of Alabama, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. Services include programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other related mental health and developmental conditions. We have been serving families since 2014.
