Senior Channel Marketing Specialist
The Red Hat's Marketing team is looking for a Senior Channel Marketing Specialist to join us in Mexico City, Mexico. In this role, you will work closely with the broader, cross-functional marketing teams to create integrated campaigns, enable sales teams, and manage programs. You’ll need to have great communication and coordination skills, the ability to create comprehensive programs, project management experience, and experience supporting sales and implementing marketing programs.
What you will do:
Manage the strategy and initiatives that align with the Channels, Sales, and Marketing team goals
Communicate between the Sales, Field Marketing, and Channels teams; develop and carry out marketing programs and sales campaigns to promote demand generation, product awareness, and market share
Collaborate with Red Hat’s marketing teams to develop and carry out activities to achieve marketing key performance indicators and promote business success
Guide delivery plans to reach agreed-upon targets, including digital marketing, relationship marketing, and media strategy
Support the development and implementation of launch plans for our offerings Develop sales enablement materials like brochures, data sheets, case studies, competitive comparisons, etc., that effectively position Red Hat’s solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Red Hat to promote solutions and cross-sell and upsell programs Identify, communicate, and use new and planned marketing activities focused on target account and prospective customer acquisition including events, webinars, speaking engagements, media, etc.
Grow services marketing by ensuring the integration of consulting and training into global programs
Track campaign and event results by measuring program success and reporting metrics through Salesforce.com (SFDC)
Manage the budget for marketing activities
What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree or higher 5+ years of business-to-business program marketing experience, preferably in the technology field; enterprise infrastructure software marketing experience is a big plus
Record of promoting campaign and marketing program results
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
Positive attitude and good work ethic; excellent organizational and communication skills
Good understanding of sales needs, different stages of the customer buying cycle, campaign metrics and analysis, and market intelligence resources
Creative with a positive attitude and good ability to work as part of a team Willingness to travel up to 10%
Fluent language skills in English Experience building or managing channel and partner marketing programs is a plus.
