As a Security Services Operations Intern at Archer, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our growth and mission.
Your tasks will include:
- First-line support: Assisting with reported issues.
- Troubleshooting: Investigating security alerts in various SOC systems.
- Process enhancements: Streamlining day-to-day operations through workflow improvements.
- Case management: Escalating and resolving cases across different environments.
- Project participation: Contributing to technical projects, incident response and user access reviews.
- Team support: Assisting the Security Operations Team, creating and improving existing documentation, and other assigned project activities.
Qualifications:
- Current University/College student.
- Solid understanding of networking principles.
- Solid understanding of administering Windows and Linux OS’s.
- Availability to work at least 2-3 days a week.
- Experience with Microsoft 365.
- Experience with various scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.
- Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate cross-functionally.
- Highly organized, responsive, and energetic.
- Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills.
- Knowledge of cloud environments.
- Computer Information Systems focus is also advantageous.
- Familiarity with SIEM technology, log aggregation, and cloud computing.
