Our client is a fast-growing digital agency helping construction, remodeling, and home service businesses grow through our Local Growth Engine (LGE) system — combining high-converting websites, local SEO, Google Business Profiles, Local Service Ads (LSA), and Meta ads.
Our client doesn't sell fluff. They drive real jobs, leads, and growth for contractors across the U.S. Their systems are dialed, their results are proven — and now they’re looking for an operator who can keep their fulfillment engine running at full speed.
Role Overview:
This role is a hybrid between Project Manager and Fulfillment Specialist — you’ll lead communication, manage timelines, and own execution on our core services, including Google Business Profile (GBP), LSA setup, and SearchAtlas SEO tasks. You’ll be the heartbeat of delivery and work closely with our designers, SEO tools, and ad systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Project + Account Management
- Run all project tracking inside ClickUp: templates, statuses, timelines, QA
- Keep 5–10 active clients on track — coordinating copy, design, SEO, and approvals
- Follow up relentlessly to gather missing items from clients and internal team
- Maintain clear documentation and visibility across all deliverables
Client Communication
- Be the point of contact in Slack and email for client updates and check-ins
- Set expectations, hold timelines, and respond to blockers or issues
- Deliver updates via Slack, Loom, or email to keep communication proactive
Fulfillment – GBP, LSA SearchAtlas SEO
- Handle full Onboarding.
- Google Business Profile access, setup, and optimization
- Lead LSA setup: gather requirements, submit info, monitor status, and troubleshoot
- Execute SearchAtlas tasks: integrations, tasks according to SOPs, 3eschedule deliverables, monitor progress, and QA outputs
- Input data into AI templates (Claude) for sitemaps, ICPs, copy, and tracking
SOP + System Improvement
- Build, refine, and enforce SOPs across onboarding, LSA, SEO, and project management
- Maintain ClickUp templates, Claude folders, and Google Drive systems
- Ensure all tasks follow a scalable, repeatable process — and help improve it as we grow
Requirements
- Proven ClickUp + Slack skills (this is your command center)
- Strong follow-through and communication — you stay on top of details
- Experience with Google LSA setup, GBP, and basic SEO workflows
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced remote team
- Fluent in written English with strong documentation skills
Bonus (Not Required)
- Experience with SearchAtlas or similar SEO platforms
- Webflow familiarity (for helping QA builds)
- Comfortable using Claude/ChatGPT to create SOPs, briefs, or client docs
- Prior work in a digital agency, marketing ops, or local service business
Benefits
- Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
- Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
- Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
Salary : $1500/month
