Job Description
The academy program will have an 8-hour/day format – giving you time to dive into the Accesa culture, learn from our experienced colleagues, and discover our communities. The academy will take place remotely, with potential hybrid sessions (not mandatory).
During our program, you will gain both theorical knowledge and hands-on experience required for a career as a Product Owner. Dedicated mentors will guide you and help you learn the necessary competencies:
- Learn to work with Agile methodology and processes
- Be the liaison person between the customer and the implementation team
- Identify business needs and high-level project scope, including risk raising
- Engage in clarifying, documenting requirements, but also in the business process modelling as part of the requirements/stakeholder management
- Plan and refine the product backlog with a focus on delivering valuable increments, considering all three perspectives – user, business and technical
- Write user stories, contribute to milestones as needed, and ensure that the acceptance criteria represent how the customer will test the product
- Monitor and control project scope/alignment with business goals and roadmap

Qualifications
Mandatory:
- Passion to learn new skills and curiosity about how to build user friendly IT solutions
- Comfortable to work in a customer facing role
- Communication skills including asking questions and curiosity
- Perseverance to go through all stages of the process to achieve the final goal
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to explain complex functionalities into an easy & understandable manner
- Ability to work on ideas that are vaguely defined in the first step and gradually transform them into clear requirements
- Fluency in English and German language
Is highly appreciated any of the following:
- University degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science or similar
- Work experience in Financial Services or Banking Domain
- Client facing work experience (i.e., Insurance, Quality Assurance, Configuration, Helpdesk, Customer Support, etc.)
