The Corporate Communications & Employee Engagement Coordinator plays a vital role in fostering a connected and informed culture at Included Health. They will be instrumental in creating compelling content, managing engaging internal programs and events, and optimizing communication channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in internal communications or corporate communications, ideally within the healthcare industry or a similarly regulated and fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail and the ability to craft clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences.
