Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in demo engineering, solutions engineering, technical sales enablement, or related technical product functions.
- Experience building tools and integrations across CCaaS platforms, CRMs, and browser environments.
- Familiarity with telephony systems, IVRs, contact center architectures, and emerging technologies in conversational AI.
- Strong understanding of AI agents, including virtual agents, LLMs, SLMs, prompt orchestration, and real-time NLP use cases.
- Technical fluency with tools/APIs commonly used in enterprise integrations (e.g., REST, Webhooks, JavaScript, Python).
- Excellent collaboration skills, especially with Solutions Engineers, Product, and Sales.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts and package them into visually compelling, business-relevant demos.
- Proven attention to detail and ownership mindset for environment hygiene and tooling stability.
