Ashby is seeking an experienced SaaS Sales Manager to lead their Startup Sales team in North America. The role involves managing a team of account executives, hiring and onboarding new sales reps, and providing coaching and support to achieve sales excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of hiring and onboarding new sales reps
- Ability to coach and develop sales reps
- Strong mental model for sales excellence
- Operational mindset and ability to identify bottlenecks
- Experience with sales-led and product-led go-to-market motions
- Ability to build or manage a BDR/SDR team
- Experience selling platform applications to Talent and/or People leaders
