Manager of Content (Remote - US)
We are looking for a Manager of Content to lead content lifecycle innovation at the forefront of workforce transformation. The role involves developing and implementing strategic content modularization processes, owning the full lifecycle of content incubation and improvement, and championing the use of advanced technologies to accelerate content development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in adult learning, with a focus on content management, instructional design, or curriculum development.
- Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Proven ability to manage content strategies across B2C, B2B, and B2G contexts with varying learner personas.
