Project Manager PLM / Manager Operational Team

As a Project Manager PLM, you will be responsible for managing projects, including financial and budgetary management, and client relations for deployment and support projects of PLM software for our large industrial clients.
Requirements
- Managing projects
- Ensuring client satisfaction and relationship
- Ensuring the production of deliverables on time and of high quality
- Ensuring the profitability and continuity of projects
- Managing a team of 10-15 people
- Following up on the performance of your team (annual interviews, defining objectives, revising salaries, annual bonus campaign)
- Accompanying the development of your team's skills (training, defining individual and collective career paths)
- Organizing and implementing regular team meetings to disseminate information from top to bottom and bottom to top
- Being the guarantor of the company's strategy and vision for the team
- Coordinating recruitment activities for the concerned perimeter
- Defining and building the team's strategy in line with the agency's strategy
- Contributing to the business development of the agency
- Participating in identifying new opportunities
- Leading or participating in responses to tender notices
