Medical Affairs Manager (IO&E)
The Medical Affairs Manager (MAM) will support the development and execution of the Embolization, Access, and Delivery (EAD) Medical Affairs strategy to support medical education, therapy adoption, and clinical data for healthcare professionals. The role requires a post-graduate qualification or equivalent work experience, 5+ years of industry medical or clinical experience, and a good understanding of regulatory guidelines and Good Clinical Practices.
Requirements
- Advanced degree, ideally a post-graduate qualification or equivalent work experience demonstrating excellence in healthcare practice or research.
- 5+ years relevant experience in industry medical or clinical role
- Experience in interpreting and communicating clinical data with internal and external stakeholders and physicians
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships in the field
- Therapeutic area experience within oncology is required
- Good understanding of regulatory guidelines and Good Clinical Practices
- Highly motivated, cooperative, timely and exhibit initiative and foresight to ensure collaboration across various functional units
- Excellent time management skills; ability to focus on multiple issues at one time; ability to organize and direct diverse activities in a changing environment often under time pressure.
- Demonstrate highest standards in terms of compliance
- Demonstration of a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented Boston Scientific quality processes and procedures.
