Senior Compensation Advisor
We are looking for a Senior Compensation Advisor to join our team. The responsibilities include executing all activities related to the compensation structure and social benefits programs of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration with a concentration in HR or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in compensation, social benefits, and/or general HR
- Profilic in SIRH (UKG an asset) and Office suite
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written)

- Collaborating with the System Administrator, SIRH to update data in the system
- Participating in the configuration and launch of new modules or integration with our different social benefits providers in the SIRH
- Developing and optimizing performance indicators reports from the SIRH
- Participating in the renewal of annual collective insurance
- Designing, optimizing, and launching new initiatives related to our different social benefits and collective insurance regimes
- Contributing to the well-being of employees by ensuring liaison with our collective insurance, telemedicine, and retirement savings plan providers for questions related to these regimes
- Managing the email box related to social benefits
