Vouch is a modern insurance provider dedicated to the innovation economy. As a Brokerage Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting clients through brokerage operations workflows, enhance value during the customer journey, and assist with service-related inquiries and requests.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented work environment
  • 1+ year of experience in an insurance-related role
  • Active/Current Property and Casualty License
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail both with written communication and data
  • Driven by solving problems and turning them into opportunities for improvement
  • Dependable, positive, and action-oriented with excellent follow-through skills
  • Able to deal well with ambiguity and maintain composure in complex situations
  • Independent problem-solver and confident in seeking help when needed
  • Ability to track, prioritize and drive high volumes of policy servicing requests
