In the role of VR Event and Content Moderator, the candidate will work on live events, ensuring the audio and visual are coming through the VR and client tools accordingly. The role involves adding IDs from social media into client tools, reporting on trends, and resolving non-standard issues. Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Resolution mindset, proven experience helping advertisers navigate the client online platform tools to a solution
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize levels of urgency within an assigned case load
- Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment
- Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
- Ability to work with and wear VR equipment daily and for extended periods of time if needed
- Strong organizational skills
- Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
