Senior Marketing Automation Analyst, Sales System

As a Senior Marketing Automation Analyst, Sales System, you will be responsible for owning and driving the end-to-end design, development, and optimization of the sales systems, leading strategic initiatives and programs, and collaborating cross-functionally with global technical teams and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager or Systems Lead, with a strong focus on marketing automation and sales systems.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce, including platform capabilities, architecture, and best-practice configuration for enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing lead scoring, prioritization, and routing processes using tools such as LeanData, Eloqua, Braze, and 6sense.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects, working closely with stakeholders from marketing, sales, IT, and engineering.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, including process mapping, crafting user stories, and managing stakeholder requirements.
