Retail Shop Support & Planning Construction Manager
Lush North America is seeking a Retail Shop Support and Planning Construction Manager to lead the full construction process for Lush retail shops and company projects. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in retail construction and facility management and will be responsible for managing a high-volume construction process, developing project schedules, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience in retail construction and facility management with demonstrated career growth.
- Ability to work independently or as a team player, with a positive attitude.
- Experience leading a diverse team in a retail construction environment
- Outstanding experience working cross functionally with teams such as design, project management, leasing and real estate
- Demonstrated project management attributes
- Strong budget analysis and management skills
- Ability to read and understand all M.E.P plans, architectural plans and structural plans
- Experience in phased construction projects in existing retail stores
- Must be able to read and interpret lease language pertaining to construction.
- Strong time management skills, adherence to deadlines and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, detail oriented, motivated and able to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Quality decision making ability
