Employment Lawyer
Everfield is seeking a detail-oriented Employment Lawyer to join its Legal Department. The Employment Lawyer will ensure compliance with employment law requirements and provide legal guidance on employment-related matters.
Requirements
- Mater of Laws from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in one from the European Union Jurisdictions.
- 3 to 5 years of experience practicing employment law, preferably in both law firm and in-house settings.
- Previous experience in managing the relationships with external law firms.
- Ability to manage the workload independently.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and achieve results without constant supervision in a remote environment.
- Experience in providing support to senior staff.
- Understanding and capability to work in a cross-cultural working environment.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to identify, focus and prioritise key legal/compliance matters.
- International mindset and experience working across multiple jurisdictions.
- Fluent English-speaking skills.
- IT literacy, including Microsoft Office experience.
