Employee Benefits Data Consultant
We are seeking a Strategic Employee Benefits professional to join our team as an Employee Benefits Data Consultant. As a Employee Benefits Data Consultant, you will analyze, strategize and support cost mitigation and utilization within our clients benefits plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or similar degree preferred
- 2+ years equivalent work experience or combination of education and/or equivalent work experience
- Proficient utilization of data analytics tools preferred (e.g., Navigator MD, Verscend/Cotiviti, Windsor Strategy Solutions, etc.)

- Competitive base salary $65,000 to $75,000
