Requirements
- MS Office Proficiency: Strong skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with experience using calendar and office management tools.
- Executive or C-Level Assistant Experience: Proven experience coordinating calendars, databases, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sales & Forecasting Insight: Background in supporting sales functions and stock forecasting.
- Fleet & Asset Management: Hands-on experience managing vehicles and asset tracking systems.
- Strong Prioritization: Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities with grace and efficiency.
- A Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is highly regarded.
