The Mission
We’re not here to play small. We’re here to win markets—and we need a Launch & Partnerships Operator who moves like a founder and executes like a machine. Your job: build real-world traction through high-value relationships with realtors, event vendors, and local networks that drive revenue, not vanity metrics.
You will be personally responsible for activating launch markets—owning the bookings pipeline, running events that convert, and embedding our brand into the local fabric fast. No fluff. No waiting. Just outcomes.
You will build what doesn’t exist, adapt in real time, and figure it out under pressure. This role is for someone who wants to move fast, own the result, and scale something that matters.
What You Own
Realtor Channel: Build the best referral network in the market. You’ll cold call, meet in person, pitch hard, and create partnerships that generate bookings.
Vendor Stack: Source and lock in top-tier vendors for launch events and activations. You negotiate fast, manage tight, and deliver on time.
Event Machine: Architect and run launch events with military precision. No missed details. No second chances. Flawless execution every time.
Market Launch Execution: Own the operational launch—from site prep to last-minute pivots. You are the plan and the backup plan.
Revenue Alignment: You don’t do events for brand awareness. You do them to drive pipeline, partner loyalty, and ROI.
End-to-End Ownership: If something fails in your market, it's your fault. If it wins, it's because you made it happen.
What You Bring
2–4 years of hard operational experience in events, partnerships, or market expansion (hospitality, real estate, or GTM ops a plus).
You operate at startup speed: fast decisions, high context-switching, zero hand-holding.
Grit > pedigree. You’d rather outwork people than outtalk them.
You love pressure. You're calm when it’s chaotic and sharp when the stakes are high.
You don’t "manage" tasks—you own outcomes.
Experience with tools like HubSpot, Linear, Google Sheets, and event tech is great—but what matters is how fast you execute.

CRM: HubSpot
Ops: Linear, Google Drive
Events: Eventbrite, Splash, Cvent
Comms: Slack, Zoom, In-person (a lot)
Tracking: Google Sheets, internal dashboards
