Staff Visual Designer

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in UX design
- Deep expertise in native design languages, with a strong focus on Android and complementary experience in iOS
- Strong ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility in design decisions
- Experience designing for privacy, security, and accessibility in mobile applications
- Proficiency with Figma
- Highly collaborative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable presenting and articulating design decisions
- Interest in working with geographically distributed cross-functional team members
- Passionate about building products with people's needs at the center
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and advocate for UX decisions with cross-functional stakeholders
