The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team.
DESCRIPTION
This position's main responsibility is to support the Workplace Operations organization with a focus on Program Management .The ideal candidate will possess the following: demonstrated customer focus, strong critical thinking and ability to develop relationships. Experience in CORE/Lean Sigma, Process Improvement, and Program Management.
What You Will do:
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Workplace Operations organization with a focus on Program Management, change management, including strategic initiatives, CORE methodology, standards and processes across Workplace Strategy.
- Oversee and coordinate multiple related programs within Workplace Strategy. This includes: Strategic Planning, Project Coordination, Resource Allocation, and Stakeholder Management
- Program risk management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks and issues within the program. Communicating program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize program performance.
- Partners on Change Management impacts specifically developing change management plans, strategies, and timelines for projects and initiatives.
- Develops effective relationships across Business Units and ES Real Estate.
- Partners on reporting of control tower metrics.
- Supports the development of presentations to business unit stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Enterprise Real Estate Services processes and procedures.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- This role typically requires a bachelors degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience in program management, business operations, change management, Real Estate, Consulting, or HR experience required.
- At least 5 years’ experience leading process improvements, data/analytics, or project management strategic initiatives
- Experience building relationships in complex situations both internally and externally.
- Ability to understand the financial impact of decisions and knowledge of financial terms & principles.
- Ability to comprehend and solve complex problems requiring both qualitative and quantitative considerations.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Advanced Degree
- RTX CORE or other Lean process experience
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment that included matrixed organizations.
- Organization Effectiveness or Organization Development experience: understanding of organizational structure, culture, and how changes impact different parts of the organization.
- Prosci Certified or other Change Management certification
- Experience in cross-functional leadership such as Operations, EH&S, Security, Program Management
