We are looking for a Director of Sales to guide a driven sales team and shape the strategic direction of regional and national sales initiatives. This position combines operational oversight with mentorship, driving performance across both inside and senior account executives.

Requirements

  • Lead and support a team of inside and outside sales representatives to meet and exceed goals.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership on a regular basis.
  • Create and implement territory-specific sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Coach team members through one-on-one sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, purchasing, client services) to optimize sales processes.
  • Build and maintain vendor partnerships and assist with customer engagement strategies.
  • Provide hands-on support with presentations, proposals, and bid responses.
  • Foster open communication between the sales team and senior management.
  • Celebrate achievements to maintain a motivated and high-performance culture.
  • Recruit and onboard new sales talent, ensuring they are well-versed in products, services, and systems.
