WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE Customer Experience Data Analyst, Reporting by implementing: VBA, PBI. Process Automation: Develop and maintain VBA scripts and macros to automate routine tasks within the Customer Operation, cost simulation and performance reporting.Data Visualization: Create interactive and informative dashboards or reports to communicate key supply chain metrics and insights to stakeholders.Integrating new customers and channels into existing processes in close alignment with CD.Evaluating cost to serve efficiency and cost, especially inefficiencies from ordering behavior.Using customer insights and data analytics to propose and drive improvements. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of experience in go to market supply chain functions as data analyst or IT functions. Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office (including VBA, PBI, PPT). English language - minimum B2 level as a must. Knowledge of Python and API as an advantage.
