- Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various teams to create comprehensive project plans, setting clear milestones, schedules, and expectations.
- Lead the implementation of projects, ensuring high-quality standards and due diligence are maintained, preventing network issues or rework.
- Delegate tasks to team members based on their expertise and monitor task progress.
- Serve as the main point of contact for teams when working on the same project, ensuring synergy and alignment.
- Track and report project status, generating management reports and coordinating with stakeholders as needed.
- Perform quality checks throughout the project to ensure all work meets established standards.
- Adjust project timelines and targets as needed, based on changes in scope or budget.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and handle complex billing scenarios in coordination with accounting teams.
- Ensure all billing complies with contract terms and client requirements, and submit monthly progress billings.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Management, or a related field, or at least seven years of relevant experience.
- A minimum of five years of customer-facing experience as a project manager in IT, with a preference for experience in hospitality.
- At least three years of hands-on experience with Aruba and Ruckus networks.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Experience with AIA Billing is preferred.
- Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Education Requirements Credential Category
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or Management.
- Experience Requirements
- At least five years of customer-facing project management experience in IT.
- A minimum of three years of hands-on experience with Aruba and Ruckus networks.
