Microsoft Digital Workplace Analyst 2

    Description:
  • Triage incoming tickets for Digital Workplace incidents, service requests and tasks
  • Provide second-tier support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365- and Google Workspace-related issues
  • Provide individual, team, and company-wide training on Microsoft 365 products and services
  • Publish and maintain support documentation for team and company consumption.
  • Partner with Technology teams and other external workgroups for the integration of applications that support Office 365 solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Design and implement custom solutions and implement business workflows using SharePoint and Power Platform (e.g. Power Apps and Power Automate)
  • Support governance, security and lifecycle management for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspaces products and data
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security and data protection standards
  • Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 cloud technologies, such as Azure, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Purview
  • Administer access and configure Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace resources, features and solutions
  • Ongoing self-lead training on O365 changes pertaining to Microsoft releases on each O365 product
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and platforms to improve productivity and business outcomes
  • Perform other duties as assigned
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience in working with Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of managing SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Office, Teams and Power Platform through Microsoft 365 tenant administration
  • Knowledge of configuring and administering Microsoft 365 solutions using PowerShell
  • 2+ years’ developing automation solutions with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI (preferred)
  • An understanding of business analysis and requirements documentation
  • SharePoint development as it relates to document management; permissions; content types; configuring web parts; workflows; custom lists et al.
  • An understanding of the principles of enterprise content management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Demonstrates key competencies to include cultivating innovation, collaborating, and nimble learning
  • Google Workspace knowledge preferred
