Remote Appointment Setter Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients to introduce products or services.
Engage in active and persuasive communication to generate interest and curiosity in the product.
Qualify leads by gathering essential information, including budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of leads.
Remote Appointment Setter Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Development Representative, or a similar role.
Strong communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills to understand client needs and objections.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a strong work ethic
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies is a plus.
