Role Description
- This role involves working with the Employee Benefits Communication and Design team on heavy production work to:
- Be a general Adobe InDesign wizard
- Work with templates to create new – and edit existing – materials
- Produce and deliver work on time; meet deadlines as set by the project manager
- Work within design guidelines, standards and best practices
- Manage client assets and develop, organize and maintain client folders within a shared network
- Juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Follow timelines
- Qualifications
- Bachelor (of Art/Science) Degree in Graphic Design preferred
- At least two years of graphics/production experience in a professional environment
- Fast and accurate hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Suite
- WordPress experience is a plus, but not required
- Demonstrated computer proficiency (Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite)
- Employee benefits knowledge is a plus, but not required
- A creative mind
