Commission-Based Appointment Setter
As an Appointment Setter, your primary role will be to generate qualified appointments for our sales closers. You will reach out to leads, engage potential clients, and schedule meetings for our closers to present our services. This is a commission-only position — you earn based on your experience and the deals that successfully close.
- What You’ll Do:
- Reach out to leads via phone, email, or social media
- Qualify prospects and generate interest in our services
- Schedule appointments for the sales closers
- Maintain accurate records of your outreach and appointments
- Communicate regularly with the sales team for updates
- What We’re Looking For:
- Previous appointment setting or tele-sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
- Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent
- Compensation:
- 100% commission-based pay
- Commission percentage based on your experience and performance
