Medical Director for Matching Program
The International Institute of Aesthetic Medicine (IIAM) is currently seeking experienced and licensed Medical Directors to join our Medical Director Matching Program, designed to support newly trained injectors entering the aesthetic field.
This role is ideal for physicians with a background or interest in aesthetic medicine who want to provide guidance and clinical oversight to up-and-coming injectors launching their careers in cosmetic injectables.
- Your Role Includes:
- Serving as the Medical Director for a newly trained injector operating a medspa.
- Providing oversight and patient sign-offs as required for compliance and best practices.
- Assisting with product ordering processes and understanding state-specific medical regulations.
- Being available to answer clinical or procedural questions, offering mentorship and support throughout the injector's early development.
- Helping ensure safe, ethical, and high-quality aesthetic services.
About the Partnership:
This relationship is built upon a mutually agreed-upon contract between you (the Medical Director) and the injector (Delegate), facilitated through the IIAM Matching Program. All parties retain independent status, with no employer/employee relationship implied. IIAM serves only as the matchmaker.
- Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted medical license (MD or DO or NP).
- Experience or familiarity with cosmetic injectables (Botox, dermal fillers, etc.).
- Availability for regular check-ins, virtual or in-person as required.
- Willingness to mentor and guide a new injector.
Compensation: Varies. Starts at $400 & goes up to $1,200 monthly
